The Space Workforce Institute was established to bring together leaders, institutions, and organizations to address the critical challenges facing the space industry – and seize the tremendous opportunities. A skilled, resilient workforce is critical for the advancement of our industry. The standards and credentials we are building will provide the tools for employers to build their teams, individuals to advance their lives and careers, government agencies to invest in meaningful initiatives, and educators to embed industry-recognized standards and professional credentials.
The Space Workforce Institute brings together senior leaders from the three key sectors essential for creating valid, reliable credentials that deliver measurable value to the global space industry: space, learning, and credentialing.
