Christopher Allen brings more than 20 years of experience leading the development of cutting-edge digital products and services across education, advertising, and space. Joining Allen Interactions full time in 2010, he has provided cross functional support in marketing, sales, R&D, and design for custom training development, consulting, and authoring tool development with ZebraZapps. Christopher speaks frequently on digital education, authoring technologies, instructional design, workforce development and credentialing programs. Christopher serves as Allen Interactions Inc.’s President.

In 2021 Christopher, along with Joseph Horvath co-founded Nova Space Inc. to provide standardized professional training to the space economy. Nova Space clients include NASA, US Space Force, AWS, and York Systems. The Nova Space Professional Program has won 3 Brandon Hall Awards and a Gold Horizon Award for excellence in technology and design.

Most recently, Nova Space Inc.’s parent company expanded its mission to include the establishment of the Space Workforce Institute, a public benefit corporation setting the standards for space economy skills development and job role definition across commercial space, DoD roles. Christopher currently serves as CEO of Nova Space Inc.’s parent company and the Space Workforce Institute.

Christopher holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, is an Agile Certified Practitioner, and writes for Entrepreneur.com.
